What is too cold?

Hello fellow frogers!
I was wondering, what is too cold for the frogs? The PG&E bill was due two months ago and they're about to cut our light and gas so I'm not going to be able to keep house warm. :(
What is the coldest the frogs can handle? Any tips on warming up the room?
