Black fungus beetles advice needed

Anyone culturing those beetles/worms?
Do you set these up like a weevils/FF culture, starting new cultures every now and then?
Or more like flour beetles/roaches, a big tub and just add new food every once in a while, separating the beetles/worms

any useful tips, advice would be nice
