What is the consensus on a background, I see the EXpanding Foam method, but not sure about going directly on the glass. So is the foam method where you silicone the foam to the glass, and the custom cut the foam pieces ok? One better
And after reading there is a ton of methods to seal the foam, do I use quikcrete, grout, and sealant. What about water damage protection? War is everyone using?
Next the floor, I understand the eggcrate subfloor, with cut pieces to raise it. But my 55gallon you would see the entire thing. Does anyone recommend a different blend for proper drainage...without using eggcrate..any use that hyrdoclay stuff, sorry CNN think of the name..just looking for how to layer things, and if I need a bulkhead drilled in the bottom for water drainage (again this is my land only side, and I won't overwater)
