unable to post classified plant ad

Hello,
I have a few plant cuttings for sale / trade and tried to post them this evening in the Plant classifieds section but the site doesn't let me - apparently my account doesn't have enough privileges. Can someone please help ? Thank you. (I've not even been able to respond to ads either)
