asking 350$ has a vent on the top, a living hinge door, drain so you don't have to worry about water build up. come with a mistking and it's already installed. With the stand it stand 72" tall. Has a few flaws in the stand-hence why it's so cheap. I live in Virgina beach and when I moved I had to rent a uhal and strap it to the side inside the truck with a billion blankets:). not willing to go lower as I spent way more then I'm asking.
