General Notes:
1. All frogs are captive bred by us.
2. Shipping is via FedEx Overnight using SYR, going from Hub to Hub. We do this to ensure the safety of the frogs. By doing this we can guarantee live arrival.
3. Any issues with a frog must be reported within 3 hours of pickup of the shipment, in some instances we may ask for a cell phone picture of the condition of the frog.
4. There is a $10, REFUNDABLE box charge fee. This covers the cost of the phase 22 packs. If they are returned us the box charge will be refunded.
5. No frog is sold until it is paid for.
6. We accept, cash, money order, PayPal, All major credit cards for payment.
7. If you're local let me know and we can arrange a meet up.
