Just a bit a a gripe here and wanted to see if others have the same issue. I find that on here and craigslist people love to contact you with deals then leave you hanging. I recently went through a whole deal with someone to then have them just stop texting. I feel as adults in the big would it should be common practice and polite to have the decency to just say "no thank you" or "hey, I have decided I am not interested any more, sorry for any inconvenience, hope we can work together another time". You know the person may be bumbed they lost a deal but at least they are not sitting there waiting for you or making plans and in the long run you haven't burnt a bridge etc etc. IT IS POLITE! So to people in general, the next time you get into a deal you don't like or you find something better, maybe you should communicate that with the person, just let them know what is going on. You end up looking like a better person for thinking of them and you can potentially deal with them in the future. You will most likely be surprised with the reaction you get.
