So I just purchased a 12x12x18 exo on craigslist for $30. Its in great shape but I have a slight question/concern. I noticed there is a small gap between the glass door and the 2 glass side walls on either side. Seems like the tank is made this way to give enough room for the doors to hinge open and its not a particular issue with this used tank. It looks like it is plenty of room for FFs and almost even enough for a very small eager froglet to escape out of. I am sure other people have had to notice this before and wonder the same thing. Anyone have some exo insight and past experience they can pass along? I would like to avoid any escaping FFs if at all possible. Hopefully I can do something besides using black tape.... Give me your thoughts please! Thank you!!
