Do you tank raise or pull eggs/tads for your E. Anthonyi?

Wondering if most folks pull eggs/ tads or if they let them tank raise?

I have E.Anthonyi "Santa Isabel". My pair is hiding some eggs, and laying some in a petri in the tank. So far I have pulled the petri eggs into my breeding room, and left the tads I have found in their water feature stay. None have come out of the water yet.

I'll keep trying both, but I would love to hear what has worked for you.
