Amphibian A/C

Ok, so I just won $300 from a Virginia Commonwealth University 60-second pitch competition. it was kind of for an entrepreneur organization. I essentially pitched (in only 60 seconds) an idea about making a device that cools air and maintains humidity for amphibian enclosures. (normal A/C removes humidity before it can cool the air) Everyone loved it.

I am a mechanical engineer, and i really really really love heat transfer challenges.

My questions are:

1. If a device to maintain cool temperatures and humidity were available on the market, would you be interested in purchasing one?
2. what price would said device need to be in order for you to buy it?
3. roughly what size would the device need to be in order for you to be interested?
