ever try feeding darts baby earthworms?

I was wondering if anyone has any experience feeding darts baby earthworms. I have a vermicomposting bin that has been up for over a year now. I literally have tens of thousands of worms, some as small as thread when newly hatched. They are red wigglers and fed veggie and fruit scraps with woke old bread, rice, and oats every now and then. Point is it is essentially a free source of food. I feed them to my fish a lot but still too many.

I don't have frogs now but when I did they used to love waxworms and beetle larvae. I would like to hear thoughts on this.
