on this thread i will try to chronicle my newest somewhat complete viv. the viv is a 36x36x18 inch exoterra that origenally held my sons anoles. i was glad to buy it for him because i knew he would loose interest and i would have another viv to build out. i started with a diy carved foam background.

i drilled the tank for a drain using a mistking piece with silicone.

when the background was halfway done i tried in some cedar instead of diy tree trunks but did not like the look.

then i took a ton of pictures of the diy tree and finishing off the background as well as pics of the diy led fixture for the tank. i imported them to my computer and erased them and then crashed my computer badly doing a microsoft update loosing all of the pictures.
