Okay so Im working on 3 more builds right now and I continue to struggle to figure out the best way to go. In my first build which was a 18x18 exo I made a vent on the top of the tank about 2 inchs wide. I feel like it drys out to quickly and I have never had condensation on the sides which Im not sure if thats good or bad. I know the ventilation helps with plants but does it also depend on type of darts or does that not matter?
I read that a tank thats completly sealed is better for breeding tho because it helps keep the humidity up for the eggs. But of coarse if it has no ventilation broms wont live correct? I know theres a lot of questions but hopefully I can get some help figuring this out.
So my 3 builds are a 30 gallon for my group of 5 Santa Isabel, 35 gallon for pumilios and a 35 gallon for a group of mints.
Thanks! :)
