Feeders

Hi there
I am writing from South Africa, and our leucomelas' have laid eggs. The tadpoles are almost ready to exit the jelly, and I need some info re feeders! I have purchased fish food flakes, and dried tubiflex worms for the tadpoles, but there is a nationwide shortage of springtails (and I have tried to catch wild ones to start a colony, with no success) and flightless fruitflies. I have purchased a colony of microworms, which I have read can be used as alternative food for them once they are froglets, but am unsure how to use it. It is made in instant oats, do I need to wash them somehow, put them in water, or just plop a little scoop of it on the "land" of whatever container we end up using for them? And how would I add calcium to them? Also advice on preparing a "tea" mix, I was thinking of using rooibos as it is readily available here. Any advice greatly appreciated!
